Description

An open discussion concerning Family Radio Service (FRS), GMRS, MURS and other 2-way radios in general. While other moderators fear anarchy by the discussion of materials beyond their rigid guidelines, that will not be the case here. Feel free to list worthwhile operating ideas, range increasing techniques, unique uses, etc. Your for-sale and wanted ads relative to FRS are encouraged. If you see sales ads in your newspapers please share them with the group. Keep in mind that as this technology is available in other parts of the world and is not bound by US regulation...so all discusion is appropriate.

Re: Question about the Motorola Sport 7 and 7X
Hi Again, I found a pair of Sport 7, but all it has is a volume knob. I am guessing that you change channels/freqs by an internal dip switch, is this correct?
