Description

Welcome to the Fox River Radio League Amateur Radio Club. We have been active since 1924. The club has members around the world, but most of our activities are centered near the Fox Valley area of northern Illinois.

The club operates the Fox Repeaters, two wide-area coverage systems in northeastern Aurora, IL. The callsign for both systems is W9CEQ. The VHF repeater outputs at 147.210 +600, 103.5 tone. The UHF system outputs at 444.300 +5, 114.8 tone. The UHF machine is also an IRLP linked repeater allowing world-wide contacts utilizing the internet.

The club also operates a D-Star Digital Repeater system. See the Repeater page on our website for more information.

The photo to the right shows some young visitors at Field Day assembling an antenna for the GOTA station.

Please visit our frrl.org website for complete membership information.
