I par bake my pizza dough (underbake) and then freeze the discs in gallon freezer bags. I have also heard people freezing them in ice cream pails. We make

I make pizza with a whole wheat crust all the time and freeze individual cooked pieces.  Works beautifully.  My kids take pieces for lunch, and I reheat
