I was deeply impressed when I saw this photo. Even more so today. As I spoke in Dharma, I often get involved in story writing in my head. While I have been doing that, people in Belle-Rivière have been diligently working to complete the Community Center. I also feel encouraged by what they have done with the funds we have sent and the faith in which we have given them.
Construction of the second floor of the community center at Belle-Rivière is now well over half compete. Workmen are currently in the process of covering the interior and exterior block walls with a cement stucco finish. The second floor includes several
classrooms and guest rooms. The stair tower in the center gives users ready access to the roof making it a very functional third level.
