About the French revolutionary Procedure of VAE (Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience) similar to the american PLA, which allows French Universities to grant "regular degrees" through work experience. Those degrees are recognized in whole Europe (Lisbon declaration) and accepted in the US through Credential Evaluators equivalencies.
