Hi Y'all, Hope you're enjoying the global breath of fresh air that's come with the end of the Bush administration.  Yesterday I caught myself actually taking the Obama Presidency for granted, and after eight long years I realized what a luxury that was.

 

I've printed up some posters of our work on the freeways and I must admit, they're awesome.  Close to a thousand signs altogether and a must-have for anyone who works with a peace group (or in an office with right-wingers who can't fire you...)

Now that Obama's in office I'd like to get back to helping the poor and delivering kids clothes up to the villages in the Sierra Madres, but I'll still be putting up "peace" and "peace on earth." signs along the way.  I think the place where this would be most useful is around the middle east, and if I can work up the guts, maybe that's what I'll do.

 

Now that our country's back in good hands we need to start trying to save the planet. The most powerful tool we have is our own imagination, along with the ability to make words magically appear.
