It also promotes Patrick County via history, education and interpretation at the Laurel Hill Farm, Birthplace of J. E. B. Stuart in Ararat, Virginia, which is also the home of Reverend Bob Childress, The Man Who Moved A Mountain, Aunt Orlean Hawks Puckett, the midwife made famous along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
