This site is to recycle unused and unwanted items free!
No fees are payable and no charges are allowed to be made.

To give away to a good home and keep items out of landfill sites.
To promote recycling and reusing.
To minimise waste.

Local recycling will mean no/low transport costs and less travelling by car or public transport has got to be good news for the environment too!



How Does It Work??

To Offer an item - Join!
Then simply send an email to freecyclecrosby@yahoogroups.com and the message will appear on the site.
Please use the following format
OFFER: L23 SHREDDED PAPER
WANTED:L23 ELASTIC BANDS
TAKEN:L23 SHREDDED PAPER
The postcode/area is vital for people scanning emails.
Please use one email for lots of items..listed as
OFFER:L23 Various items
..and then list! :)
Recyclers will contact you via email to request the item.
You select a recipient and arrange collection.
Update the site to say that the item has been collected.
