Description

Many website owners have been sued over copyright infringement. No warning, no polite, "Please remove my MIDI files from your pages" as a preliminary to finding themselves in court. We MUST change copyright law, to bring this to an end. This site attempts to help those who still could be sued. At the same time we hope to submit a law, and get it passed, that will insure a stop to the chaos that has invaded the MIDI community.

The bill, simply put, says: Include the Personal No Profit Web Page in the "fair use" section of the Copyright Law.
