Hi all!

I am having a Summer Solstice picnic on Thursday, June 21st at the
McDowell Grove Forest Preserve. I'm extending an invitation to the
family groups I'm in cause I think it will be the more the merrier!
Here's a little write-up, if you want to add it to your calendar.

Summer Solstice Potluck Dinner and Bubble Celebration!

Hurray for summer! Let's celebrate the longest day of the year with a
potluck picnic and bubbles galore! We will meet at the Naperville
McDowell Grove Forest Preserve Stone Shelter* (map and info at
http://www.dupageforest.com/preserves/mcdowellgrove.html) beginning at
4 pm and playing until sundown. Plates, napkins, cups, silverware will
be provided!

Recommended things to bring:

BYOM - be it hotdogs, burgers, or vegan patties, bring your own main dish
A small grill if you have one
A summer side dish and serving utentil to share - it would be great if
you could mention what you are sharing in your rsvp
Drinks
Chairs/blankets for sitting (there are picnic tables too)
Sunscreen & bug repellant
BUBBLES and bubble toys

*The picnic shelter at McDowell is $35 to reserve, so if people would
contribute a few bucks towards that fee, you would be totally awesome
and cool!
