Welcome!

Though we have members from many areas, Foothills Paddling Club (FPC) is based in Greenville, SC. We're a paddling club dedicated to promoting safe enjoyment of both whitewater and flatwater in canoes, kayaks, rafts, and other craft. This is our official online home. Everyone should feel free to ask questions about paddling opportunities.

Meetings

Meetings are held the 3rd Thu of each month Mar-Oct USUALLY at the Greenville Library Main Branch (aka Hughes Library) at 7pm. Meetings range from presentations about exotic paddling trips, to hands on safety training. If there's something you'd like to see done at a meeting, tell us! Send an email to Michelle!

Trips

We have trips almost every weekend, as outlined in our monthly newsletter, River Rumors, or see the online Calendar for the schedule. Membership is strongly encouraged.

Membership

Membership is only $15 year. This includes a monthly newsletter, and helps offset the costs of major club events, and the rest goes to charities such as American Whitewater. A copy of the Membership Form can be found in the Files section.

Roll Practice

We typically have Roll practice during the months of Jan-Mar, Jly-Aug, and Nov at the Westside Park (formerly Westside Aquatic Center). For specific dates and times see the online Calendar.
