FOMFOK (Friends Of Mike, Friends of Kathy) - Hiking in the San Francisco Bay Area. We hike almost every weekend in the bay area. Most hikes are on Sunday, leaving the Sunnyvale area around 9 A.M.. We tend to mix up the hikes between easier and harder hikes. We start out the year doing waterfall hikes, then wildflower hikes, then work up to a challenge hike in October. FOMFOK is not a group for voyeurs. If you sign up, you must begin hiking with us in a few weeks or you will be dropped from the list. After coming on your first hike, you must continue to hike with us every few weeks or you'll be dropped. If you ask to join, you will have to answer three questions, including giving us your phone number. If you don't want to give us your number and real name, please do not even ask to join. We don't do hard-paced, athletic hikes. We enjoy the outdoors and each other's company. We have a lot of fun on the hikes. No one has ever been left behind on a hike.
