Mission statement:
We are a group of jewelry artist, not necessarily from Florida, who ban together for the purpose of sharing our knowledge of jewelry making, making lasting friendships and keeping our standards high. Our group will be a joint sharing of ideas and principles. We hold regular meet-ups and retreats toward that purpose. We are a sharing group not a selling group! Teachers are on a strict volunteer basis. Classes are all free of charge. Teachers may sell kits for their classes but students may opt to bring their own supplies. Any vendors at retreats will be approved by the owner and moderators. There is to be no soliciting of goods or services during our gatherings. Business cards may be left on the "free" table. If the group votes to bring in (hire) a professional teacher, one who is not a group member, the fee will be paid by all who sign up for that class. Different opinions are welcome but flaming will not be tolerated.

I would love to, regularly, showcase jewelry made by our artists! I know we have a great pool of talent. Please use the photo albums and I'll try to remember to change the pics on a regular basis!

Our home page has a picture of Going Round in Circles by Genny Smith. The beaded circle and the Potawatami neckchain will be classes at our February retreat. The circles can be done in many ways and can be used in many ways. Potawatami stitch can be done in large beads and small beads and in one or two colors. It works up quickly.
