Was at PSA racing Albergs this past weekend. Interesting group of folks
inclusing ex-Snipe sailors and some good people with kids getting interested in
the game. Some weekend warriors like me, some much more serious (like Laser
Olympic qualifier serious). Anyway, talk turned to boats you can sail with your
kid so I talked up our fleet which for whatever reason most thought was dead and
TESODs. Told them of the vintage Snipes and junior/senior awards, and of the
coming Nationals. There was a lot of interest (maybe it was the rum and thoughts
of summer given it was cold and wet outside). I let them know of our loaner
program and will give them Jon's contact unless there is someone else...

* There was an old Snipe there they were putting back into shape and were
looking for an old blown out jib to get it out on the water. Does anyone have
an old Snipe jib we could donate?
