Our aim: To organise Australian flash mobs!


There was a flasmob planned for Friday the 24th, but there seems to be a bit of dissent - is there another more approriate time? Perhaps a poll is in order?

Basically, a flash mob is the sudden appearance of a LARGE group of people (50-300+) who do some sort of (usually strange!) task, then dissipate as quickly as they arrived. The purpose? None but fun! It's solely an activity to get people together, and to provide a bit of spice to the lives of people watching - imagine what they'll go home and tell their families!

We want to organise a mob in Queensland before the end of the year. We'll start planning when we reach 100 interested members (to try and ensure we have enough people!) So sign up, and we'll keep you posted! The more people and the more enthusiastic you are, the better it will be!
