Fix HOA Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., generally in Unit 606. The Open Forum segment starts at 7:00 p.m.

Welcome to the Fix Building Owners Group. This site is designed to facilitate communication between members of the Fix Condominium Homeowner's association, and to provide a secure archive for HOA documents, such as Fix Board meeting agendas and minutes, Resident's Manual, task lists, and the like.

This site is highly secure and private, and is members-only. No information on this site is accessible by the public. Only members of the Fix HOA are eligible to join this group. Renters can receive email digests of messages generated through this group, but cannot access the site itself.
