Description
The FLT listserv is to discuss issues pertaining to the Finger Lakes Trail, a hiking trail in NY State consisting of 559 main trail miles & 283 miles of branch trails. The FLT is maintained by the Finger Lakes Trail Conference, an organization formed to promote the protection of the FLT system.

one important feature missing from the original concern is the LOCATION of these signs. Are they in state forest? Then they are there because the host agency
