Fibre Collective unites fibre artists and collectors by supporting our fellow artists through a scheme of collecting and packaging textile/fibre related gift boxes.

These heartfelt Gift Boxes are a small way in which we, as a Collective, can assist our fellow artists who have lost their precious 'stash' due to the recent natural disasters in Australia because of fire, flood, storm....or just 'plain bad luck'.

Textile and Fibre artists are renowned for their generosity of spirit and sense of community. The Fibre Collective has been established to gather and package resources to suit all skills, techniques and fibre art forms.

These donated textile treasures have been put together into Gift Boxes that cater to specific fibre interests. If you want to be part of this initiative as either as an individual or as a group and have some fabulous treasures that you wish to share, please email the group.

If you are in need of one of these Gift Boxes please reply to fibrecollective@yahoo.com and indicate your preferred art practice so that an appropriate box can be forwarded to you. The Collective is waiting for your response.

This is bigger than one guild or one textile group. This is a Collective initiative focussing on the great needs of our fellow fibre artists.
