With Fredo we will confirm everything with Helen there. The tricky thing is going to be lot 4. If I make two lot 4s and finders, according to Fredo only one will have building sites. ???? Remember one of the tricky parts of cutting this lots are the width requirements. What are the width requirements? I missed that one.I myself have no problem with  my lot having both building sites but I believe both you and I would have a problem having none on our shared piece. There was always a building spot on lot 4 and one on the finders fee. The build spot on lot 4 does not exist anymore because of the illegal servibumbre. Could you confirm this with Fredo? we will have a gorgeous double lot for sale once this servidumbre is removed from the planos. Love the combo sale idea.$$$--kb and steven?

 The meeting with Enrique was not bad.

 There are some permits that we will need that they are preparing for us. There will be one for Setena and a second for Invu.

 We discussed the underground electric and an issue that had not been raised before which is that the road needs to be larger (how much larger?  for underground electric. Enrique is going to see if this can be avoided by the usage of a box in the corner of each property which is the power hookup for that lot.Would that be still underground? are there poles/wires?  It has to do with wires as well as the right of passage for the electric. Either way the catastros will need an addendum in Van's case and a change on the ones submitted by Fredo.Why does van get an addendum and we need to do a re-file?

 Enrique and DEHC will not use the topography work from Neo-is this the old Neo? what about Fredo or alias's work? i need a little backgound on this for clarity.  the road and the plantels. They are saying it is not detailed enough. It can be used for master plans and models but not for engineering. They said they will do the topography in just the areas needed for $1,800. I gave the go ahead and paid half of the 50% down. We have to have it done and I will pay for it if the group is not into it. This project is going to get done. On this point Franco told me it doesn't matter who you have do your topo work, even if it is better than DEHC's guy they won't use it. Does this mean new filing or just for road? Still confused.

 Van is now saying he is thinking of only one well for both groups. Have you heard this before? What do you guys think? It would save at least $35,000.  Do we have a quote for 35,000.? The well was estimated to be 70 meters deep at $150 per meter. with pumps and all no more than 12,000 max 15,000. Per JerryEnrique is strongly suggesting we find a way to put the well in a common area as opposed to existing on someones property. (I would consider possibly selling off to community my lower of 1a for well placement) this would also include the beginning corner for guard house/electric deal etc) Lets havea side talk on this I told him it might be very hard to create that scenario. We will need to get Jerry back up there after we decide whether we want two wells or not and then decide if having the well in a public area is possible. Enrique is checking on the legal requirements for land that holds a well. There is a 30 foot no build radias from the well.This most likely is why van does not want to make his own well. he would lose valuable land. (same reason for putting the servidumbre on us)I'd like to have van share our well only if it is beneficial to us...Lets make him on offer...well costs plus land costs...

 Enrique is expecting to have a timeframe for the project to give to us tomorrow.

 After talking to Enrique today I left a message with Ahias to contact him and begin his preparation to be ready for the road work.

 Keep the faith, I will speak to you tomorrow, unless you want to discuss lot 4 tonight, or anything else of course.

 

We are within two weeks of getting the road started. we only need too remaining estimatesd Do you have the road peeps names yet? ever heard of oman rohaus  supposed to be best and busiest in dominical...what is the reality of starting with rainy season? Heard it is getting bad...
