Fairleigh Early Birds is a Toastmasters club devoted to improving the communication and leadership skills of our members. We are part of Toastmasters International, which has over 9000 clubs worldwide!

We have a fun, friendly and supportive "Learn by Doing" atmosphere conducive to gaining vital public speaking skills.

At each of our club meetings, members have opportunities to:

• * Give impromptu speeches.
• * Present prepared speeches on chosen subjects.
• * Receive constructive evaluation from an assigned evaluator in speech strengths and suggestions for improvement.

There are also many opportunities to achieve certificates, awards and become leaders within our club and the organization. Upon joining the club, a new member will receive a structured speech manual provided by Toastmasters International to begin his or her journey to improved communications skills.

Our permenant meeting location is the Rutherford Public Library, 150 Park Ave Rutherford NJ.
