Welcome to our chapter of Families with Children from China. The FCC East Tennessee chapter is a community of families who have adopted, are in the process of adopting, or are considering adoption from China. We provide a support network for families in the Knox, Blount, Loudon, Anderson, Roane, Sevier Counties, and surrounding areas. Additionally, we welcome those with an interest in international adoption from other Southeast Asian countries. Our goal is to provide a community resource and support network for families by providing: -- a peer group for parents and children -- the opportunity for learning the language and culture of China -- education for our members on adoption related issues -- a resource to families considering adoption or who are adopting from China -- a link to Chinese culture through events and gatherings that focus on Chinese customs We have quarterly gatherings and events providing social and cultural activities for families.
