The Fort Collins Audubon Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to nature appreciation, environmental education, and conservation activities. Fort Collins Audubon also serves as a chapter of the National Audubon Society. The Society was founded in 1974 and currently has more than 650 members. Members include local citizens from all walks of life, most of whom reside in Larimer County, Colorado. The Fort Collins Audubon Society Yahoo! Group exists to allow members to share timely information by e-mail on activities and events within the society and the community at-large.
