This list is for posting vegan recipes with no added oils (i.e. no olive oil or margarine), and high-fat ingredients such as avocado or nuts should be limited. Recipes *must* be vegan (no eggs, dairy products, meat, or animal products of any kind). Discussion of recipes and tips for replacing and cutting out fat are allowed, but discussion is strictly limited to vegan, low-fat cooking.
