This group is committed to shortening the path between the field and the table in the Fargo-Moorhead area; to make all food products traceable to the producer; to promote sustainable and low-input farming practices; and to make wholesome, local, and seasonal foods available at a fair price for the informed consumer. If you would like to join, please click on the "join group" icon; this is an open list. Visit our website at fargolocalfoods.net.
The messages function of this yahoo group sends out a listserv message to members of the group. It can be used to share the bounty (too much food that you're willing to sell or give away), ask questions, make suggestions. To keep spammers out, I have had to restrict membership. If you would like to join the list, send a message requesting membership and explaining where you live (generally--not an address) and why you want to join. Give me enough information to convince me you're not a spammer.
