This is a group for post-adopt families in the Hudson Valley Region, with a focus on providing opportunities for the children to build connections with other adoptees with Latin American heritage. New members are welcome, please consider joining us!

The group is focused on family gatherings (in and around Orange County, New York) with child-friendly activities, targeted at kids that are preschool to intermediate school age. The primary purpose of this discussion group is for planning our group's activities, discussing parenting issues, and sharing information about local cultural events.

Member families are required to attend at least one event in person each year.

Occassional parent meetings offer the adults opportunities to discuss adoption-related issues with other parents such as: heritage travel, searching for birth family, adoption and school assignments, creating lifebooks etc.
