Transpropositionality or "in the open"   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #7493 of 45404 |
Hi everyone:
Sally asked me when she wrote what were the discussions that
we've had here that I've been the most excited about. Personally, I'd have
to say that it's been the discussions about transpropositionality and
walking "in the open place." I wanted to give Sally a flavor of this and
have spent some time this PM doing some message archive searches for some of
the key posts on this. I probably have not captured them all - and we
definitely posted more than these - but I thought that I would send these
out to all that are interested.
And perhaps I should say that this is an intensely personal
answer for me, relating to some of the very reasons I created faithmaps.org
and this discussion group. These discussions came out of what for me was a
bit of a crisis of epistemology. Jon Gold and others of you on and off list
helped me to work thru some of these questions and I'm forever grateful.
Obviously we've discussed other very significant items than these.
Anyway, here you go:

Enjoy!
(If you feel I've left out any significant post in this
discussion - and I probably have - please let me know the message number!)
