Does anyone out there have any artistic skills? I would like to put
together a Flash animation to illustrate how delegable proxy works.
Here is a sample script that I started:

I kinda suck at Flash (and artistry in general), so if anyone else
wants to give this a try, be my guest. If I do it, it's going to take
a really long time, and the finished product will be a bunch of stick
figures and arrows. I've been using Adobe Creative Suite 4, which is
available for a 30-day trial period; there are some "Flash in a Flash"
tutorials over at http://tv.adobe.com/#pd+Flash
Basically, our first hurdle is getting people to understand what the
heck delegable proxy is. Once people see it demonstrated, they will
probably grasp the implications pretty quickly, and even get excited
about it. There are relatively few people who will read even a full
page of text about delegable proxy; there are a lot of people who will
watch a video about it.
This is pretty much a prerequisite to further progress, I think, since
in order for our movement to grow, we need to be able to point people
in the direction of something that encapsulates our ideas in an
easy-to-understand way. -Nathan
