The mission of Extreme Care is to promote peace, health and goodwill among all peoples of the world through kayaking, rafting and mountaineering expeditions.

We are a group of adventurers with who believe that in helping others we can find true meaning in life. Our trips consist of volunteers who will bring medical supplies and offer clinics during our expeditions. Trip length and difficulty vary greatly but will generally be at least two weeks long and suitable for fit and experienced paddlers and climbers.
