In order to access the Calendar, Database and Links sections you have to join the group. However, even if you do not wish to join, an e-mail is automatically posted on the 1st of each month that contains the contact details for each of the local groups. You should be able to find that in the archive.

If you do not want e-mail from the list you are welcome to join anyway, selecting "No Email", so that you can still make use of the Calendar, Database and Links functions. Everyone is requested to set "Special Notices" instead of "No E-mail" but there is no requirement to do so. Only the group moderators may post Special Notices and will only do so to announce new Groups or one-off Events (eg. Conventions) that are aimed at the gaming community as a whole.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for or are just unfamiliar with using the group features, contact the group owner (or any list member) and hopefully they will point you in the right direction.

E-mail attachments are not permitted and all members are requested to use Plain Text settings when posting. First posts from new members require approval to avoid the group being used for SPAM.
