A forum for EGC members to make announcements and to discuss topics pertaining to gardening and club activities.

The Everson Garden Club was organized in the early 1980's with a two-fold purpose: To educate members about plants and garden design and to enhance the aesthetics and beautification of the Everson Community. Some of the proceeds from our fantastic yearly plant sale (held the last weekend of April) have been used for the following fun and educational club projects: - Group trips to visit gardens and nurseries. - Garden related craft projects for members to enjoy. - Guest speakers at our monthly meetings. - EGC also donates many gardening books and videos to the Everson Library and Nooksack Valley School District each year. - EGC has recently started a street tree program in the Everson/Nooksack area. We donate street trees (6 varieties to choose from) to homeowners as a way to beautify the local community. Homeowners are just asked to plant the tree on a set planting day and water it throughout the summer months.
The Everson Garden club meets monthly. Dates and times vary so be sure to check where we'll be next! Membership dues are $10 a year (January to December - fiscal year).
