Introduction

Holiday season is a busy time of year; it's easy to get distracted. But now is also the time to start thinking about your finances -- specifically what moves you can make before December 31 that can save you money next year when you file your 2012 tax return.

We've identified 6 strategies that could save physicians big money come next April. Any one of them could be especially helpful to you if Congress can't get together to forestall several impending tax hikes that are slated to kick in next year. (For more on what could be on tap, see How the Tax Hikes Set for January 1, 2013, Will Affect You)

Some of these tips relate solely to your personal tax return, some pertain to physicians who own their practice and thus file a corporate return, and some could apply to either personal or corporate returns. We've noted this by adding a P for Personal or B for Business after each tip. Discuss each of them with your tax and financial advisors before going forward, as not every one may be right for your particular situation.

1. Plow more into your retirement plans. (P, B) While it's always smart to plan for your future, being more aggressive about saving takes on greater meaning in 2013, when 2 new Medicare taxes go into effect. (The money collected from the taxes is being used to fund the healthcare overhaul legislation passed in 2010.) Under the law, if you're married and file your tax return jointly, you'll pay an additional 0.9% if your wages, self-employment income, or other compensation (such as bonuses) exceeds $250,000, on top of the regular 1.45% Medicare tax. For single filers, this payroll tax limit is $200,000.

"Doctors who are self-employed will have to calculate this amount and report it on their tax return. If you're an employee, your employer will deduct it from each paycheck if it's certain you're going to be over the threshold," says Dora Hillyer, of Tobia & Hillyer Tax and Business Services, in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Married couples who will likely exceed the threshold won't escape the tax by filing separately; the amount will still be the same. "They could increase their federal withholding tax to avoid owing when they file, or else they just need to be aware that they'll owe the difference if one spouse is having the tax deducted from her paycheck and the other one isn't," says Larissa Grantham, a financial planner with Stepp & Rothwell, in Overland Park, Kansas

2. Dodge the new Medicare surtax. (P, B) Something as seemingly innocuous as the sale of a winning stock or a vacation home could trigger an additional 3.8% tax next year if your modified adjusted gross income, which includes earnings plus income from investments, exceeds $250,000 for couples and $200,000 for individuals.

For example, say a pediatrician and her husband have an adjusted gross income of $190,000 in 2013 and clear $125,000 on the sale of the waterfront cabin they bought for a song back in the 1990s. (The gain on the cabin is taxable because it's not from the sale of a principal residence.) Assuming the couple has no other investment income next year, the $315,000 in total income exceeds the threshold by $65,000 and is subject to regular income tax plus the 3.8% Medicare surtax.

If you anticipate some sizable taxable gains next year, increase your 2013 contributions to qualified tax-deferred retirement plans, like a 401(k) or SEP IRA, to shrink your adjusted gross income and help reduce the surtax or avoid it altogether. "Pre-tax contributions to retirement plans have an added benefit (against the surtax) in that they aren't counted as income on withdrawal," says Hillyer's partner, Bert Tobia. Distributions from Roth IRAs and tax-exempt municipal bond funds are also excluded from the surtax thresholds, Tobia adds.

3. Take some income early. (P, B) If the folks in Washington let the Bush-era tax cuts expire at the end of the year, tax rates on earned income (your salary, for instance) are going to jump at least 3 percentage points, and as many as 4.6 -- from 35% to 39.6% -- for those in the highest bracket. That means it might make sense to take certain taxable payments in 2012 instead of waiting until 2013, such as bonuses, honorariums for sitting on advisory boards, or, if you're a partner, income from the goodwill value of your practice or from cashing in stock options.

4. Trigger capital gains. (P) With the tax rate on long-term capital gains set to increase from 15% to 20% in 2013, now may be the time to sell some of your winning investments to lock in the lower rate. To use an example, if you sell $20,000 in shares of appreciated stocks that you've held for more than a year (Uncle Sam's definition of "long term") by December 31, you'll owe $3000 on your 2012 tax return. Cash them in after January 1, and you'll part with $4000.

Of course, this strategy assumes that it makes sense to sell. It may not, especially if the investment has "room to run" and its prospects for 2013 and beyond look promising. In short, don't sell for the sake of getting a tax break. If you're unsure of what to do, contact your accountant or financial advisor. One strategy he or she might suggest is to sell a winning investment before the end of the year, to lock in the lower capital-gains rate, then immediately buy it back again. However, there may be transaction costs to consider -- commissions, namely -- so those will need to be factored into any decision you make.

5. Invest in your practice. (B) Here's a great tax-advantaged move if you're in the market for some new or used diagnostic or business-related equipment: You can write off the full amount of any purchases you make this year, up to $139,000, which can reduce your 2012 tax bill substantially. (The deduction is reduced dollar for dollar on total purchases exceeding $560,000, however.) The IRS's definition of "equipment" extends to off-the-shelf computer software, which may spur you to add an electronic medical records system or upgrade an existing one. The nice thing, too, is that the tax breaks are on top of any government-funded incentives that may apply.

A bonus depreciation of 50% is available to practices that spend more than $560,000 on new purchases, but for every dollar you spend over that amount, your write-off shrinks by a dollar, as mentioned above. So for purchases of new equipment topping roughly $650,000, the tax benefit essentially disappears. Note, too, that the IRS specifies new purchases only are eligible for the bonus depreciation ; used or reconditioned equipment doesn't qualify.

Another thing to be mindful of: To be eligible for either the deduction or bonus depreciation allowance on your 2012 return, the IRS requires that the equipment be purchased and placed in service before December 31. So if you've been putting off any big expenditures, now's the time to get serious about making them, especially because the maximum deduction is expected to drop to just $25,000 in 2013.

6. Open your heart -- and your wallet. (P) Fans of the TV series Seinfeld will remember "The Human Fund," George Costanza's bogus charity to which his boss, Mr. Kruger, wrote a check for $20,000. Without getting into further plot details, the lesson here is that while donating to a favorite cause is a great way to trim your tax bill, first make sure the IRS recognizes the charity as one that's eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. If it's not, your deduction will be disallowed and you'll owe back taxes and possibly penalties on the amount donated. Moreover, you'll need written confirmation from the charity to substantiate any donations worth more than $250.

The IRS has a search function on its Website to help you determine a charity's status:http://www.irs.gov/Charities-&-Non-Profits/Exempt-Organizations-Select-Check. Tip: You have to put quotation marks around the name of the charity (or part of its name) in order to pinpoint the organization precisely.

By the way, it turns out "The Human Fund" exists after all. Based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, the charity has raised more than $1 million in support of arts programs for kids in the Cleveland area. And, yes, founder Andrew Rayburn confirms that he took the charity's name from the sitcom.

Conclusion

Talk with your tax preparer and your financial planner before initiating any of these strategies. You may find that one's not as good for you as you had anticipated, while others may confer a greater benefit than you had expected. The key is to start the conversation -- and complete the moves that make the best sense for you and your family -- well before you pop the bubbly and ring in the New Year.

BOSTON (AP) — Dr. Joseph E. Murray, who performed the world's first successful kidney transplant and won a Nobel Prize for his pioneering work, has died. He was 93.
Murray suffered a stroke at his suburban Boston home on Thanksgiving and died at Brigham and Women's Hospital on Monday, hospital spokesman Tom Langford said.
Since the first kidney transplants on identical twins, hundreds of thousands of transplants on a variety of organs have been performed worldwide. Murray shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1990 with Dr. E. Donnall Thomas, who won for his work in bone marrow transplants.
"Kidney transplants seem so routine now," Murray told The New York Times after he won the Nobel. "But the first one was like Lindbergh's flight across the ocean."
Murray's breakthroughs drew criticism from some ethicists and religious leaders. Some people "felt that we were playing God and that we shouldn't be doing all of these, quote, experiments on human beings," he told The Associated Press in a 2004 interview in which he also spoke out in favor of stem cell research.
In the early 1950s, there had never been a successful human organ transplant. Murray and his associates at Boston's Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, now Brigham and Women's Hospital, developed new surgical techniques, gaining knowledge by successfully transplanting kidneys in dogs. In December 1954, they found the right human patients, 23-year-old Richard Herrick, who had end-stage kidney failure, and his identical twin, Ronald Herrick.
Because of their identical genetic background, they did not face the biggest problem with transplant patients, the immune system's rejection of foreign tissue.
After the operation, Richard had a functioning kidney transplanted from Ronald. Richard lived another eight years, marrying a nurse he met at the hospital and having two children.
Murray performed more transplants on identical twins over the next few years and tried kidney transplants on other relatives, including fraternal twins, learning more about how to suppress the immune system's rejection of foreign tissue. One patient who received a kidney transplant from a fraternal twin in 1959, plus radiation and a bone marrow transplant to suppress his immune response, lived for 29 more years.
But it was the development of drugs to suppress the body's immune response, a less radical approach than radiation, that made real breakthroughs in transplants possible. In 1962, Murray and his team successfully completed the first organ transplant from an unrelated donor. The 23-year-old patient, Mel Doucette, received a kidney from a man who had died.
Murray continued a long career in plastic surgery, his original specialty, and transplants. He was guided by his own deep religious convictions.
"Work is a prayer," he told the Harvard University Gazette in 2001. "And I start off every morning dedicating it to our Creator."
Murray told the Journal of the American Medical Association in 2004 that he continued to get letters from patients he helped years earlier and from relatives of those who died during the early efforts.
"They often say ... that they are happy to have played some small part in the eventual success of organ transplants," he said, praising the courage of his patients and their families.
Murray was honored at the 2004 Transplant Games, for athletes who have received organ transplants, along with Ronald Herrick, the man who had donated a kidney to his twin brother a half-century earlier.
Murray continued to support and mentor others at Brigham and Women's Hospital after his retirement, hospital president Dr. Elizabeth Nabel said. An exhibit in the hospital's library housing his Nobel Prize, she said, is framed by his own words: "Service to society is the rent we pay for living on this planet."
She said he joined in a Veteran's Day ceremony Nov. 12 at which he was among those honored for their military service.
Murray's interest in transplants developed during his time in the Army during World War II when he was assigned to Valley Forge General Hospital in Pennsylvania while awaiting overseas duty. The hospital performed reconstructive surgery on troops who had been injured in battle.
The burn patients, who often were treated with skin grafts from other people, intrigued Murray.
"The slow rejection of the foreign skin grafts fascinated me," Murray wrote in his autobiography for the Nobel Prize ceremony. "How could the host distinguish another person's skin from his own?"
The hospital's chief of plastic surgery had performed skin grafts on civilians and noticed that the closer the donor and recipient were related, the slower the tissue was rejected. A skin graft between identical twins had taken permanently.
Murray said that was "the impetus" of his study of organ transplantation.
Murray was ever the optimist and kept on his desk a quotation, "Difficulties are opportunities," his son Rick Murray said.
"It reflects the unwavering optimism of a great man who was generous, curious, and always humble," Rick Murray said in a statement released by the hospital.
Joseph Murray is survived by his wife, Bobby, five other children and 18 grandchildren.

The relationship between the AIDS pandemic and gender inequality is gaining recognition globally. New HIV/AIDS infections are now increasing faster among women and girls than among males; therefore, last year half of all new cases occurred in females. At the recent 45th session of the Commission on the Status of Women, where HIV/AIDS was one of the main thematic issues, the complexity of the challenges in addressing the issue were underscored by the undeniable association of AIDS with such an intractable problem as sexism. There is no denying the importance of research, education and cooperation among governments and civil society. However, awareness is growing that a profound change of attitude--personal, political, and social--will be necessary to stop the spread of the disease and ensure assistance to those already infected and affected. This statement will focus on two of the more significant populations who need to be represented in these global discussions: men, because of the control they have traditionally exercised over women's lives; and faith communities, because of the power they have to influence the hearts and minds of their adherents.

In order to curtail the spread of HIV/AIDS among women, concrete changes need to occur in the sexual attitudes and behavior of both men and women, but especially men. Fallacious notions about the naturally voracious sexual appetites of men must be addressed. The real consequences to women--and men--of the practice of satisfying one's sexual desires outside of marriage must be fully understood. Educating women and girls is critically important, but the current power imbalance between men and women can prevent a woman from acting in her own interest. Indeed, experience has shown that educating women without educating the men in their lives may put the women at greater risk of violence. Efforts are needed, therefore, to educate both boys and girls to respect themselves and one another. A culture of mutual respect will improve not only the self-esteem of women and girls, but the self-esteem of men and boys as well, which will lead toward more responsible sexual behavior.

The denial of equality to women not only promotes in men harmful attitudes and habits that affect their families, the workplace, political decisions and international relations; it also contributes substantially to the spread of HIV/AIDS and retards the progress of society. Notice how culturally accepted social inequalities conspire with economic vulnerability to leave women and girls with little or no power to reject unwanted or unsafe sex. Yet, once infected with HIV/AIDS, women are often stigmatized as the source of the disease and persecuted, sometimes violently. Meanwhile, the burden of caring for people living with HIV/AIDS and for children orphaned by the disease falls predominantly on women. Traditional gender roles that have gone unquestioned for generations must now be re-examined in the light of justice and compassion. Ultimately, nothing short of a spiritual transformation will move men--and women--to forego the behaviors that contribute to the spread of AIDS. Such a transformation is as important for men as it is for women, because "As long as women are prevented from attaining their highest possibilities, so long will men be unable to achieve the greatness which might be theirs"1.

Because the cultivation of humanity's noble, spiritual core has always been the province of religion, religious communities can play an important role in bringing about the change of heart and the consequent change in behaviors that will make possible an effective response to the AIDS crisis.

The leaders of faith communities are especially equipped to address the moral dimension of the AIDS crisis both in terms of its prevention and its treatment. The spread of HIV/AIDS would be significantly reduced if individuals were taught to respect the sanctity of the family by practicing abstinence before marriage and fidelity to one's spouse while married, as underscored in most faith traditions.

Religious leaders and people of faith are also called to respond with love and compassion to the intense personal suffering of those either directly or indirectly affected by the AIDS crisis. However, a tendency on the part of society as a whole to judge and blame those afflicted has, since the onset of this disease, stifled compassion for its victims. The subsequent stigmatization of individuals thus afflicted with HIV/AIDS has fostered a profound reluctance on the part of infected individuals to seek treatment and of societies to change cultural attitudes and practices necessary for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Such judgments can be particularly pronounced in religious communities struggling to uphold a high standard of personal conduct. One of the seeming paradoxes of faith is the individual obligation of believers to adhere to a high standard of personal conduct while loving and caring for those who fall short--for whatever reason--of that same standard. What is often forgotten is that "moral conduct" includes not only personal restraint but compassion and humility as well. Faith communities will need to strive continually to rid themselves of judgmental attitudes so that they can exert the kind of moral leadership that encourages personal responsibility, love for one another, and the courage to protect vulnerable groups in society.

We see signs of hope in increased interfaith dialogue and cooperation. Among faith communities there is a growing recognition that, as Bahá'u'lláh states, "the peoples of the world, of whatever race or religion, derive their inspiration from one heavenly Source, and are the subjects of one God". It is, indeed, the transcendent nature of the human spirit, as it reaches toward that invisible, unknowable Essence called God, which galvanizes and refines mankind's capacity to achieve the spiritual progress that translates into social progress. As dialogue, cooperation and respect among religious communities increase, cultural and religious practices and traditions that discriminate against women, no matter how entrenched, will gradually give way. This will be an essential step toward retarding the spread of HIV/AIDS.

Indeed, it is in the recognition of the oneness of the human family that hearts will soften, minds will open, and the attitudes of men and women will be transformed. It is out of that transformation that a coherent, compassionate and rational response to the worldwide HIV/AIDS crisis will be made possible.

THE POSITION:

THE INDIVIDUAL:

Candidate must possess an advanced degree in one of these fields: medicine (MBBS), healthcare administration (MPH), business administration (MBA) or related development fields.  H/She must have ten or more years’ experience working in healthcare institutions as a senior manager responsible for:  organization/institutional operations, strategic planning and development, integrated program management and/or health system operations.

Fellowship in Medical Oncology

 

Applications are invited for a Fellowship in Medical Oncology, which is a part of an established training programme recognised by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.

 

Up to 5,000 new cancer patients are seen annually at our facility. There is special emphasis on a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of cancer with site specialist teams comprising of medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists, specialty physicians, radiologists and pathologists. This offers a unique experience for the trainees to learn and understand all aspects of management of solid tumours and haematological malignancies, which will prepare them to become well-trained, highly-qualified oncologists according to international standards. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on research, with a number of cancer treatment trials in progress at any time.

 

The fellowship training period is 3 years, which eventually leads to the FCPS in Medical Oncology upon successful completion of training and passing the examination.  Fellows who perform extremely well during their training may be offered an additional year of training at an affiliated institution in the US or UK, which will be arranged by SKMCH&RC. Once Fellows have the requisite overseas experience, they become eligible for an appointment at consultant level at SKMCH&RC.

 

Job Description:

 

·             The selected candidate(s) will rotate through various site specialist oncology teams over 3 years to allow exposure to the whole range of oncology. They will be supervised by consultant oncologists during each attachment with regular appraisals to ensure adequate progress in training

·             The selected candidate(s) will be involved in patient care in outpatient clinics, inpatient floors, and the chemotherapy bay

·             They will participate in an on call rota for assessment and management of patients presenting to the emergency assessment room

·             They will be expected to participate in the academic activities of the department including presentations, research, audit, and teaching junior doctors and nurses

 

 

 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

·            FCPS in Internal Medicine

 

Consultant Physician (Internal Medicine)

 

The Hospital is looking for highly-motivated and committed individuals to undertake positions as Consultant Physicians in the Department of Internal Medicine, who will be expected to provide Internal Medicine expertise in the day-to-day management of sick cancer patients coming to the Emergency Room, Outpatient Clinic and those admitted.

 

The Physicians will also have the opportunity to collaborate with oncologists to improve the outcome of cancer treatment at SKMCH&RC and be expected to participate actively in the teaching and training programme for junior doctors in the Internal Medicine Department. They will also liaise closely with surgeons and physicians in other specialties and allied staff within the Hospital.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

·            FCPS Part-II within the last 3 years/MRCP/American Boards in Internal Medicine

·            Ability to work under pressure, interact and coordinate with diverse groups of people

·            Good computer and communication skills

The Internal Medicine Department is recognised for training for FCPS in Medicine, as well as for MRCP (UK).

 

Fellowship Training Programme in Infectious Diseases

Applications are invited for a two year fellowship in the field of Infectious Diseases. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan has recently recognized Infectious Disease as a sub-specialty of Internal Medicine and SKMCH&RC is a CPSP-recognized training site in Infectious Diseases. Graduates of the programme will be expected to take the sub-specialty examination leading to the FCPS [Infectious Disease].

Training will be imparted in clinical infectious diseases and will involve outpatient and inpatient settings as well as rotations in microbiology. Three infectious disease specialists are on staff at the hospital and the institution sees a very wide range of infections, both in normal and in immunocompromised hosts. Elective rotations to other quality institutions will be encouraged. Fellows who perform very well during their training may be offered an additional year of training at an affiliated institution overseas.

Resident Doctor (Nuclear Medicine)

·         MBBS (should have passed all professional examinations at 1st attempt obtaining at least 59% marks in final Professional).

Resident Doctor (Radiology)

·         MBBS (should have passed all professional examinations at 1st attempt obtaining at least 59% marks in final Professional)

·         One year house job in Surgery and Medicine

·         FCPS Part-I (in Radiology) cleared

 

Post Graduate Resident Doctor, Department of Internal Medicine

Essential requirements in selected candidates will include the following:-

·         MBBS (should have passed all professional examinations at 1st attempt obtaining at least 59% marks in Final Professional).

·         One year house job (preferably in medicine and allied specialties).

·         FCPS part-I (in Medicine) OR MRCP Part I.

·         Computer literacy and good communication skills are essential.

·         Willing to work under pressure and able to take on increasing responsibility with time.

·         Skills and confidence in making precise and accurate decisions based on history, physical examination and all clinical information available.

·         Training environment geared towards preparation for the FCPS examination, MCQ/SEQ and case-based tutorials as well as bed-side teaching.

·         Direct consultant supervision.

 

The department is recognized for training for FCPS in Medicine, as well as for MRCP (UK).

 

Resident Doctor in Department of Pathology 

Eligibility Criteria:

·         MBBS (preferably have passed all professional examinations at 1st attempt).

·         Candidates with post graduate training in histopathology (FCPS-I) will be preferred.

·         The department of pathology handles a variety of specimens from all over Pakistan, covering all aspects of surgical pathology.

·         The department has a wide range of immunohistochemical and cytochemical stains as an adjunct to diagnosis, again providing excellent and diversified experience to the Residents and Medical Officers.

·         Intra operative consultation (frozen section) is a routine procedure that gives excellent opportunity for the residents to learn this technique.

·         The department of pathology places emphasis on intradepartmental and interdepartmental consultation skills development. Participation in research activities is encouraged.

Trainee Cancer Registry Officer (For Cancer Registry and Clinical Data Management)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification required: B.Sc. in Anatomy/Biology/Physiology/Zoology.
  • Should have preferably received the Bachelor’s degree within last two years.
  •  Experience in medical transcription or medical terminology would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

 

 


Fellowship Programme in Radiology (CT/PET)

Applications invited for a one-year CT/PET Fellowship programme for individuals who have completed their training in Radiology. The programme is designed to immerse the fellow in clinical imaging activities with a focus on CT/PET, and involvement in CT/PET-related research.

 

Job Description:

 

·         The selected candidate(s) will also participate in structured rotations within diagnostic radiology with a focus on body imaging and oncology

·         They will be expected to become familiar with all aspects of CT/PET including performance and interpretation of CT/PET, and supervision of departmental protocols and safety.

Fellowship Programme in Clinical Oncology

This is a unique opportunity for comprehensive training in all aspects of non-surgical oncology. The fellows will rotate through various site-specialist oncology teams involving both the departments of Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology over five years for a comprehensive general oncology training experience. Formal teaching for the FRCR (Clinical Oncology) syllabus will be provided. Trainees are expected to pass the FRCR (Clinical Oncology) examination by the end of year 4. On successful completion of training, a certificate will be issued by the institution confirming Completion of Specialist Training.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         MRCP (Internal Medicine) from UK or Republic of Ireland

·         Diplomat American Board of Internal Medicine

·         Candidates who are awaiting the results of MRCP Part II PACES are eligible to apply but appointment will be subject to confirmation of success.

 

Fellowship in Paediatric Oncology

 

Applications are invited for a three-year CPSP-approved Fellowship in Paediatric Oncology. The Hospital receives approximately 300 new paediatric cancer patients annually. All paediatric patients are treated by teams of highly-trained paediatric, radiation and surgical oncologists, making the Hospital ideally suited for a postgraduate training programme in Paediatric Oncology.

 

We offer a unique learning experience that will prepare the selected candidate(s) to become well-trained, highly-qualified paediatric oncologists of an international standard. SKMCH&RC places a strong emphasis on research, with a number of cancer treatment trials in progress at any given time. Fellows will be trained in the inpatient and outpatient management of complex cancer cases and management of oncologic emergencies, as well as in aspects of radiation oncology, cancer radiology, supportive care and research methodology.

The fellowship training period is 3 years. This job is based at the SKMCH&RC Walk In Clinic Lahore. WIC is the initial point of contact for most patients with confirmed or suspected cancer. Responsibilities include initial evaluation and counseling and organising staging investigations, followed by referral for further management. Knowledge of cancer staging is desirable, though on job training will also be provided. Good communication skills are essential. Computer literacy and willingness to take on increasing responsibilities with time are essential pre-requisites.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBBS (should have passed all professional examinations in the first attempt obtaining at least 59% marks in Final Professional).
  • Should have completed one-year house job in Medicine and Surgery (further experience is strongly desirable).

Basics to Advanced Level

NVIVO is a qualitative data analysis (QDA) computer software package produced by QSR International. It has been designed for qualitative researchers working with very rich text-based or multimedia information, where deep levels of analysis are required. NVIVO is used pre-dominantly by academic, government, health and commercial researchers across a diverse range of fields. NVIVO is intended to help users organize and analyze non-numerical or unstructured data. The software allows users to classify, sort and arrange information; examine relationships in the data; and combine analysis with linking, shaping, searching and modeling.

 

Research Center for Training & Development (RCTD) is organizing an International Research Workshop “Mastering Advanced Qualitative Data Analysis Using NVIVO” on 14th & 15th of December, 2012 through High Definition (HD) Video Conferencing.
