Equip Tip is a trade marked e-publication of the Metanoic Leadership Institute (MLI). It is a potpourri leadership development quotes and ideas garnered from a wide variety of resources, including submissions from members. All such submissions should be sent to the list moderator for consideration.

Open to anyone, Equip Tip's purpose is to expose its members to ideas, techniques and resources which will help them hone their own leadership skills and to multiply their effectiveness by equipping their leadership team with those same skills.

Please note that Equip Tip is not a discussion group and the moderator can not and will not reply to requests for help solving specific problems. However, to a limited degree, such help is available through the metanoic leadership discussion list, which MLI also sponsors.
