It has been suggested that we all try to get a room at the same hotel to have night parties and no one will have to drive. After the venues have been selected, we will have a better idea of convenient hotels. So book your room anyway and we will let you know if we identify a hotel that might be good for us to stay as a group.

I agree with David. A second vote might be a good thing. As I unfortunately was unable to attend the last one, not having one to go to at all would be no fun.
