Deaf Hard of Hearing Case Manager AID Atlanta, Inc. is seeking a
qualified individual to work 20-25 hours per week to provide direct
case management services to deaf and hard of hearing individuals with
HIV. Candidates must be able to work effectively with the Hard of
Hearing population and help keep them linked into services that
promote their well being and successful living with the disease.
Duties include providing initial assessments, treatment planning and
goal setting,monthly follow up services, referrals and linkages to
community resources, specialty linkages to services for DHOH clients,
etc.

Candidate must be FLUENT in American Sign Language and must have
certification to prove proficiency. Candidates must have at least a
BS/BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other social service field,
with experience in Human Service delivery organizations. Must
demostrate computer literacy and effective documentation skills.
