It was nice to talk to you this evening. Thank you very much for offering to send an email about the room I have to rent in my flat. I am very grateful for your help. These are the details:

Room to rent for female professional in the Shore

Flat is in nice location just as you go around the corner into the Shore. Room has a single bed but is a good size.

The lay out of the flat is great. There is a really big living room and well equipped kitchen and dryer which always comes in handy.

Rent is £270 per month, which does not include council tax which is about £55 per month. There is a meter for electricity and hot water and they usually add up to around £30 per tenant per month.

Landlady requires the tenant to be in employment and asks for 2 references.

It is a 2 bedroom flat and I'm the other tenant. I've been going to Community Church for about a year. I'm late 20's, in a temp role for NHS Education at the moment. I am relaxed and considerate of my flatmate. I enjoy catching up over the occasional shared meal or a cupcake (:, but appreciate quiet time too so no pressure to socialise.
