The Emerald Tablet is an Internet discussion group devoted to understanding the ancient principles of Alchemy and Spagyrics. Both philosophical and practical alchemy are topics.

Along with discussion, we learn about beginning practical lab work. We quarterly participate in herbal tincture experiments with the frugal alchemist in mind. Both beginning and advanced alchemists are welcome.We use herbs from the Western Tradition, not Eastern. Please do not discuss Eastern alchemy. There are other groups which are devoted to that or include it in their message topics.

Although the Emerald Tablet is intended primarily for beginners, our advanced alchemists may occasionally exchange messages on higher practical alchemy, and related topics, along with helping beginners.

Questions are encouraged in both beginning and advanced topics.
