I suggest we create a landing-page for each of the funds at
Esperanto-USA and request that the chairs for each of the funds post
monthly or quarterly on the activity of the fund. The pages would also
include a block that shows how to donate money to the fund and (if
appropriate) to apply for money from the fund.

If Esperanto-USA is going to prosper as an organization, it is through
accomplishing activities and publicizing them. I think this could be an
important step moving in that direction.

Anybody want to work on this? I'm going to be swamped for the next few
weeks...
