Description

Addressing the 2000+ year history of a region of present day Britain which was once the land of the Brigantii, then the Roman centre of Britain, followed by the Celtic-British Kingdom of Elmet and finally the county of Yorkshire.
It has witnessed Celts, Romans, British, Angles, Norse and Normans in great trade, colourful culture and the bloodiest battles that the British isles has witnessed.
