If you would like to Howard and Kimberly Avenues improved for cyclists, please "vote" on the issue, and leave a comment detailing how you use the area.  Bicycle boulevard-type lanes were designated in the city's 2003 bike plan and in last fiscal year's advisory budget, but still haven't been painted.
