Greetings,
I was recently contacted by John Poulton who has posted many early postcards and
current photos of Short Beach, CT and Ella's home, The Bungalow.
His grandfather used to do for Ella Wheeler Wilcox when she had parties there
and his great grandfather, Walter Hill owned the store in Short Beach called the
Waiting Station and sold the postcards there.

I would like to thank Mr. Poulton for allowing us access to these photos. It is
certainly easy to see why this place was so special to Ella.
Enjoy!
