Thank you for giving me the opportunity of servins as your councilman for the past six years. Now I am asking you to let me continue that service as your Mayor. As such, I envision changing the existing leadership style of "I and me" to "Us and We". Failure to harmonize relationships between people and their elected representative requires CHANGE! This change will enable us to work together on issues and concerns towards teamwork.
