Not that this is an ultra-convenient solution but give the DBX application
rotabs.exe (accel\utils) a double click and play with that.

I will add some problem to this. If the components is rather large and close the the side of the working space it is even impossible to turn it further on. ...

Thanks that utility helped me quite a bit. The rotation did not affect the attached traces to the component. Wich was what I want it. ... From: Rob McCance...
