This forum is created as a wish for an oasis, a soothing resting place in the desert, and a pilgrimage meeting-place without any walls or borders - a place where all the different roads cross.

It’s a place for ecumenical dialogue, for reflecting together about Christian unity. Everyone is invited to share their news, experiences, hopes, ideas, thoughts - and questions. This is a place of openness, sincerity - thus we mustn’t avoid talking about the difficulties that sadly exist - but that’s not the main focus.

The oasis climate is more than anything else one of love and respect, of joy and amazement, and of humility. In this refreshing area we might meet as true brothers and sisters in Christ.

The list will provide a unique chance to meet new friends from all over the world, belonging to all parts of the One Body of Christ - His Church.

May this prayer of Jesus be fulfilled one day:
