Ecstatic Dance Norfolk is a peer dancing group based in Norwich, England.

We dance almost every friday at Inner Space, Norwich (currently we do not dance the first Friday of the Month).

We're continuing a weekly dance in Norwich, UK, while Tim Broughton (www.tim-broughton.com) takes a break from teaching his weekly Gabrielle Roth's Five Rhythms™ class in Norwich. Our group retains close links with him and support his monthly class in the city.

This group is also a great place to hear about Five Rhythms™ events in Norfolk and Suffolk (and, we hope the region generally). Let us know if you hear of other events happening around here.

Anyone who has danced the Five Rhythms™ with an accredited teacher is welcome to come and join us at our peer group dance. We strongly recommended that anyone interested in dancing Five Rhythms™ who hasn’t worked with an accredited teacher at least once should do so before coming to our group.

Our group is not-for-profit group. We just want to be able to have a space to explore our passion for Five Rhythms™. We currently charge £6 a session (although there is a cheaper monthly rate). Any money made after room hire and any administrative expenses will be ploughed back into the group (e.g. paying for an accredited Five Rhythms™ teacher, a “free” evening, etc).
