The eThinkTank is a voluntary association of individuals who have an interest in the development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Tanzania. We seek to catalyse ICT development as an essential "infostructure" that enables socio-economic progress by exploiting the hitherto unimaginable opportunities of globalisation of knowledge sharing.
