Hi Steve,
Most likely you are copying only a portion of the registration code into the
Register window. Some email clients make it difficult to copy-and-paste long
strings. I emailed you an auto-registration file, your just have to
double-click on it to make DX Atlas registered.
Unfortunately, RegSoft and ShareIt cannot attach such files to the
registration emails, I make them manually on demand.

Gday Alex
Thanks for the prompt reply, I will run auto reg file tonight, when I get
home from work.
I am running both Dxatlas and Ionoprobe in the shack and find them to be
very informative.
Keep up the good work and have fun doing it.

Hi Carlos.
Ok the full method i use is - once i had received Alex's
registration mail i highlighted all the registration info from there i right
clicked the mouse, now select copy, from there all that needs to be done is to
move the mouse cursor over the registration windows of DXATLAS and again a right
click of the mouse now select paste and the reg info should now be entered and
thats it.
No doubt once Alex wakens as its still early over in Canada he will be in touch
with you,if i remember rightly he does supply an automatic reg system upon
request, you will soon be sorted :-).
In the mean time you may like to have ago using the method i used.
Regards,
Terry.

Could someone please explain how should or if the Pin Annotate feature
works?
I have no problem inserting pins or saving new pin lists but unable
to do anything with the pins in terms of marking what they represent.
Running registered version 2.2 with trial version of IonoProbe 1.11,
OS is W2K.
Many thanks
Graham

Hi Graham,
DX Atlas currently does not have a pin annotation function. The menu command
is part of the future version, it was exposed by mistake.

Hi Mr. Digital,
Please make sure that IonoProbe actually has the data that DX Atlas
requests, namely, the 90-day average SSN, effective SSN, and Auroral index.
Check the summary panel in IonoProbe and, if any of these indices are not
displayed, use the Download Old Data or Download Recent Data menu command to
get the missing data. Please note that IonoProbe needs daily SSN data for
the last 90 days in order to calculate the 90-day average SSN.

Ionoprobe is set to get the latest data. I've used download old data
also. When I open DX Atlas, it's saying real time data not
available. I am wondering why it worked when I installed it for the
first week or so but has since not kept up to date. It seems like
its a day or so behind and thus Atlas is saying it doesn't have the
most recent data. When I go into the main Ionoprobe screen (ie. not
the summary one) it gives the current sunspot numbers, etc, but it
isn't updating the summary one.
See a screenshot here...
