I am looking forward to the event.  My wife actually has scheduled the time off
and I am REALLY looking forward to her attending the N-DOG this year.  We plan
on being there a couple days early and leaving a day or so after.

Ronda,
I'm not sure what you "heard" but I have been at the site several times and am
planning to be there next month when we have a "practice, full dress rehearsal"
by having a regional in the same place. THe purpose of the regional in the same
event as a dress rehearsal, is to identify any potential problems and make our
adjustments accordingly. There are TONS of parking places, with water and
electricity around the convention center. More spaces to accomodate RVs than
have ever historically attended the event by a comfortable margin. No one who
comes to the event will be off by themselves. No one who comes in an RV will not
have water and electrical hook ups. I am the person setting up the community
cooking area next to the convention center. We have a first choice about how we
are planning to set up to cook, with RVs nearby. Based on the last two National
DOGS, which I have attended, we will have plenty of parking to fully accomodate
the RV's that show up
in one large group, AND have our first choice for the community cooking area in
front of the convention center. Please don't worry that you won't be
accomodated. Please don't miss out on this great event because of projecting
something that is not going to happen. Trust me and the rest of the group of
people who are making this event happen, that it will go off as planned. We are
doing ALL the worrying for 'all you all' so you won't have to. You can always
talk to Leslie and Steve about your concerns. I say with complete confidance
that Leslie and Steve are fully invested in having a smooth, enjoyable event for
everyone.

Very simple solution here. If there are 108 sites available and we have let's say 80 people registered, then Chuck and Ralph have a list of those 80 people. ...
