This is a good idea, if you are using a pre made pie crust in a FOIL Pan. BUT! If you use a 10 inch oven and want to make your own pie crust or use the roll

I do pies, cakes and pizzas in an upside down DO You need a lid stand You put the lid on the lid stand (bottom coals under it) put the pie (or whatever else)
