This group is dedicated to discussing and sharing information about implementing end user D-Star systems using non Icom D-Star hardware. For discussion and implementations of non-Icom repeater systems, analogue and D-Star, go to my Yahoo! group, pcrepeatercontroller. The open source software currently available from this group are DVTool Reader for playing back .dvtool files created by DVTOOL and my programs, D-Star Client for converting a 9600 Bd radio into a D-Star capable radio using a sound card as the modem, GMSK Client to do the same thing with a GMSK Modem instead of the sound card, DV-RPTR Client that does the same but using a DV-RPTR modem, DVAP Client that uses a DVAP. The D-Extra Client allows easy access to the D-Extra gateways and reflectors and the DCS Client does the same thing for the new DCS reflectors.

All these programs need to have access to a DV-Dongle connected to the PC.
