I think you may have hit it dead on when you mentioned the "school
shootings". It seems to me that a lot of people have become a bit less
secure since that happened. Part of it, in my opinion, is the suddeness,
the randomness, of the deaths. Also, if it could happen in Columbine
(SP?) it could happen anywhere. I think that woke a lot of people up,
shook them up.....

Hope that helps some.
Pax.

I am weary to begin my own group for dreams. They seem to remain slightly
inactive or fail easily. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion?
Also, maybe I oculd either become a co-owner for a dream list ( If anyone
needs one ) or we could combine the groups together. I could form a group,
and could combine with one of yours. I dont know who the list moderators are,
so let me know.

Sometimes I dream I am a little girl, acting out situations I do now, at my

Well my first thought was, yes, it could be the shootings that have happened

Got it! not bad. It is "on target" with some of my dreams, misses others
by a mile!

read it and did a report on it. Like it b/c it is the first to really
delve into the subconscious origin of dreams. Still, a bit too "freudian"
for me.

Read it but didnt' like it as much. I didn't find it as enthralling as
others. But, still informative!

Brandy My response to this is quite personal, and thats why I am so disturbed
on it. On the little girl dream, I was waiting for my fiance to come over so
we could have sex. I dont know why I would all of a sudden be a small child
while waiting for him, and he never showed up.

I recently had a dream where my molars fell out.. they were very large once
they had fallen to the ground and they cracked open when they hit the
ground.. I was in an Italian museum when it happened with opera music
blaring away. (my ex is Italian.. i'm still very much in love with him and
the breakup is very recent). There was an old man with me (i didnt recognize
him) and he was examining the teeth after they had broken open.Any
interpretations of what losing teeth means? I've heard a few before but cant

I have had years of teeth dreams. Like yours, mine fall out or crack, or
chip, or are injured, or rotting....I've had them sicne I was a late
teenager to current times (early-mid 20's).

My teeth, however, are canines, or are the teeth right next to the canines
(pre-molars?) that are the ones injured.

After years of research, I have come to realize that to me, at least, and
probably to many other people, teeth represent some form of "personal
power". It is my opinion that the type of tooth injured in a dream
represents a different type of personal power.

For example, when my canine teeth are the ones injured (or falling, or
whatever) it would indicate some sort of attach on my personal
strenght....canine teeth are very powerful. They are, in a way, the
"assertive" teeth....they are the ones that are used for defense or
attack. So, when my canine teeth are injured I am somehow incapacitated
in a very strong way.

The pre-molar is a tooth that "supports" the canine tooth. It is right
next to the canine and when it is injured or falling out it is an indirect
attack to my personal power, or I am starting to feel an erosion of some
sort to my power. (Does that make sense?)

Molars, in my opinion, are the teeth that are steady....they are a form of
personal power different from canines. They do not attack but
grind....they are necessary, though, for us to survive. They are
constantly there. No one (except for the dentist) really ever sees
molars, they are sort of the hidden "tooth". (Geez, could this be a
pun???)

So, to me, with your recent break-up (the opera singer in Italian and your
own comments lead to the idea that this is the correct "attack" or correct
"problem" in your dream) something that is constant, necessary, and hidden
(love? security?) has falled out or fallen away from you.

The old man....well, I'm not sure. He could represent a subconscious form
of authority....your mature aspects taht, even though you are hurt, must
remain analytical to keep you going.

Just a few thoughts. I hope they help!

Pax.

Losing teeth, generally means a health concern, not necessarily Dental.

It means if you have been meaning to have something checked out, then now
is the time to do so.

Love and light, if I can help any further, let me know.

For me, teeth are a symbol of potency--my power in the world.
We say, for example, that a piece of legislation lacks teeth.
We use our front teeth to reduce nourishing parts of the world
into bites that we can chew and digest.

Perhaps that may have some associations for you.

For me, dreams of teeth rotting and falling out have always been
emotionally charged.

Hello Dali and Stormy
I have never had an Out of body experience, I have only read alittle
about it and talk to people who have had them. When you go to another
plain and talk with spiritual advisors that is called astral projection,
although you can have OBEs and do the same. What I gather about OBEs
is that your spirit leaves your body completely and travels around to
other places, where as astral projection just your mind goes off into
another place. Some people have the natural ability to have OBEs
and others have to practic. Sometimes we do them without knowing, in
our sleep. Like I said I've never tried and don't know to much about
how it is done. When you said you felt your body dieing I thought
maybe you were experiencing your physical form from your spirits point
of view. Does that make sense. So I thought maybe you were out of your
body for a time and didn't know it. I think we all leave our body at one
time or another we just don't know it Bright

Ok ... I think ...

Does this explain why I have had dreams (very vivid ones at that where I have
all five senses and it's difficult to tell whether I'm awake or asleep) where
I've met, and had tea/coffee/meals with deceased people (some I know, others I
don't)? Let's expand upon this a bit more, if you please.

Dali,
I think your subconscious must be very intuned with the spiritual
world, The people you dont know could be your spiritual guides. Do you
ask Questions in your dreams? I dont know if its an out of body
experience or astral projection But, its probably one of them, like I
said I have never had the experience myself. Bright Blessings

really scared me. I think it might be my subconscious dealing with the

One of the first most vivid dreams I had (again, all 5 senses, as real as you're
reading this and I'm typing it), was back before Christmas 1993. I was driving
a skidoo down a trail, with freshly falling snow. I saw a woman pulling two
logs out of the bush ahead of me. I stopped to ask her if she needed help. It
turned out to be my late biological mother, Mandy. We spoke for a short time
before I tied the logs to the skidoo and drove her to her village. The village
was a mix of traditional dwellings, log cabins and new homes. There were elders
sitting smoking pipes chatting, young men heading out on a hunt and children
playing. The village seemed to go on for quite some distance. Mandy directed
me to a log cabin and went inside. She then emerged with several people behind
her. One was my aunt Shirley who had passed away in an accident in 1970,
another was my grandfather Albert who passed away in the late '70's. I wanted
to shake his hand, but he simply shook his head and smiled. I couldn't touch
him, apparently. He said something to Mandy and they all laughed. But they
were glad to see me, Mandy said. We sat around an open fire and shared some
tea. Afterwards a few left the group and Mandy told me it was time to leave.
We walked a short distance to an open area and Mandy told me to remember her,
and where the village was. I awoke a short time later.

Ever since that dream, I have had the other dreams. I have met friends and
strangers who have all passed on. Richard Gougeon was a colleague of mine who
died in Bangkok in a traffic accident. In the dream, I met him on the main
street of our city and invited him for coffee. Except for the white hair, he
was exactly the same. After coffee, I told him we could not be having this
discussion. He asked why no? "Because you're dead Richard". "I am?" he
replied. I explained the accident to him as it was reported to me. "You know,
I don't remember that," he began. "I remember being in Bangkok, looking at
something across the road and starting my way across the road. Next thing I
know, I'm meeting you here. I thought it was kind of funny you were in Bangkok
as well." he said. We spoke at length until we decided to part. As he was
leaving he said to say hello to Zachary, whom he had never met, never known
before. At the time of his death, Zachary had not even been born.

There have been others I have met. I have traveled into cities and towns I do
not know to talk to people I have never known. I stood beside a man who looked
at his crumpled car with a dead body inside. "You?" I asked. He only nodded.
"Don't worry, it's not as bad as it seems" He looked at me with amazement and
then smiled. "Thank you." Was all he said before walking down the street away
from the accident.

What does this all mean? Someone, somewhere, please provide an answer ...

		 Dali,
I think your subconscious must be very intuned with the spiritual
world, The people you dont know could be your spiritual guides. Do you
ask Questions in your dreams? I dont know if its an out of body
experience or astral projection But, its probably one of them, like I
said I have never had the experience myself. Bright Blessings

Hi (is it Roy?),
Like me, you're from Australia I see.....nice to meet you!

You are really fortunate, because I believe you are visiting
realms where your friends and relatives are and meeting
up with them.
It is a really wonderful experience.....I've read many stories
like yours and they are very real. You're not going mad!
Some people are able to do this....your spirit is leaving
your body and as we are able to communicate to people
here in the flesh, so you are doing it in spirit.
Don't be scared or worried, it's perfectly 'normal',
but many people think it's very weird as they don't understand.

I've had an OBE and was very conscious of it ......I was in
church at the time and floated right up to the ceiling. It
was the most incredible feeling looking down on everyone
and I wasn't frightened, it just seemed the 'natural' thing to do.
Since then I've had many other 'happenings', and after talking
with others, it's very prevalent, but people don't talk about it.

I think it's great what happened to you :)
Am sure you'll have more.....
cheers
Judy

you're reading this and I'm typing it), was back before Christmas 1993. I
was driving a skidoo down a trail, with freshly falling snow. I saw a woman
pulling two logs out of the bush ahead of me. I stopped to ask her if she
needed help. It turned out to be my late biological mother, Mandy. We spoke
for a short time before I tied the logs to the skidoo and drove her to her
village. The village was a mix of traditional dwellings, log cabins and new
homes. There were elders sitting smoking pipes chatting, young men heading
out on a hunt and children playing. The village seemed to go on for quite
some distance. Mandy directed me to a log cabin and went inside. She then
emerged with several people behind her. One was my aunt Shirley who had
passed away in an accident in 1970, another was my grandfather Albert who
passed away in the late '70's. I wanted to shake his hand, but he simply
shook his hea!

Mandy and they all laughed. But they were glad to see me, Mandy said. We
sat around an open fire and shared some tea. Afterwards a few left the
group and Mandy told me it was time to leave. We walked a short distance to
an open area and Mandy told me to remember her, and where the village was.
I awoke a short time later.

and strangers who have all passed on. Richard Gougeon was a colleague of
mine who died in Bangkok in a traffic accident. In the dream, I met him on
the main street of our city and invited him for coffee. Except for the
white hair, he was exactly the same. After coffee, I told him we could not
be having this discussion. He asked why no? "Because you're dead Richard".
"I am?" he replied. I explained the accident to him as it was reported to
me. "You know, I don't remember that," he began. "I remember being in
Bangkok, looking at something across the road and starting my way across the
road. Next thing I know, I'm meeting you here. I thought it was kind of
funny you were in Bangkok as well." he said. We spoke at length until we
decided to part. As he was leaving he said to say hello to Zachary, whom he
had never met, never known before. At the time of his death, Zachary had
not even been born. !

Ok ... I'm still somewhat unclear and uncertain about all of this ...

First, only the company I work for is from Australia .. I live and work in the
Northwest Territories, Canada ... at North America's only diamond mine located
some 300 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife ...

Secondly, while these dreams are vivid, they are also unnerving, much like the
one I had a month ago wherein I escorted my father-in-law to a cabin where his
deceased relatives greeted him when he was 77 years old ... I was only allowed
to take him so far, before being told to stop ... the problem is that my
father-in is currently 76 years old ... am I to interpret this as meaning he
will pass away sometime next year?? ... again, it is somewhat unnerving, these
dreams I have ... sometimes, it is hard to separate reality and the dream-state
... can they be one and the same? ... or is it like that old children's song -
"...life is but a dream ..." ????

What does this mean for me? What skills or talents in this are should I be
developing and how do I do so?

Sounds like a wonderful job, and you obviously work
for BHP which is a fairly large company here in Oz :)

Anyway, to get to your dreams......I would like to send
this piece to another list to interpret and then I can
get some answers for you. Hope you don't mind......I
find this very interesting and intriguing.
I do believe you may have a gift here for getting in
touch with people in the spirit realm.....therefore if
you can do it for yourself, you can do it for others.
To me, this is very exciting, but I guess a little
unnerving for you :)

I will get back to you asp.
cheers
Judy
